After that, 401k match motivates me. There is Education Reimbursement, but I do not need to use it. Privately owned company, so no stock options. Insurance... we do have nice insurance I believe (not having compared other corporate plans). Have not had to navigate those waters, so in all honesty, I cannot really comment. 401K match is nice, but could have been a bit higher. My manager and co-workers on the other hand are very awesome. They are all vastly experienced (the next lowest experienced person after me still has 17 more years of experience than me). And I have a really nice manager who understands things from my point of view and recognizes when the work assigned to me is difficult and makes allowance for the learning curve.
