The only people who will bank on this matter are those attorneys, like if they dont make enough, any law suite of companies doing the little people wrong walk away free and clear. They should all be jailed.

This is a crock! Scam to get you to sign up for free trial period that never works out. I was burned by TransUnion on the same scam. Don’t do it.

hey this is money that i don’t have to do anything extra for. what do i care if the lawyers get most of the money? it’s not like i had to work extra for it. i already keep an eye on my credit report and have done so for many years… comes with working for a major credit card company in the fraud department.

This is all a bunch of crap the lawyers in this class action suit are getting all the money read their take in the settlement. Even charging .25 a page on the web site. Watts Guerra Craft LLP are the biggest takers. We deserve to be reimbursed not these greedy lawyers, You will be luv=cky to redcieve a dollar after their 65% take. Don’t sign with them what ever you do file on your own.

I’m pretty angry. My SS# and personal information was compromised by Tras Union and I’ve gotten nothing. I’ve been trying to get a copy of my credit report from Trans Union for 4 years now. Each time I contact them via phone, Email or in writting they tell me the information I provided does not match what they have on file. Funny how Equifax seems to have the correct information. I recently called them again only to find my call is answered in India. LOL our jobs and everything is going to India. India does not have the rules and regulations in the US. Its one thing to have tech support or customer service handled in a foreign country. But to let some person making $1.50 an hour and living in a hut have access to my DOB, SS#, Address and life history. These people would sell US information to scammers and Identity theives all over the world for a fortune.

What is the status of this settlement. I signed up for it……….however I haven’t received any benefits nor have they sent me any further info via email.
