This may be most applicable to those who switch apartments in the same area after every lease is up.Frequent changing of your job indicates that you may not be around for long.Everyone has a slightly different view on these ranges, and with market changing events such as the current credit crisis, lenders may be more strict in what they consider ‘good’, or ‘excellent’, or which categories they are willing to give a loan or the best rates to.

another advice I would give to young people is that the credit history is very very important. Because so many people emphasize on credit score only. However, not only young people should try to increase their credit scores but more importantly they should establish a credit history. Credit history is a key to credit success. Because you might have a high score but you wont be approved for mortgage or car loans, etc unless you have a solid credit history. However, all advices above are good for credit history as well.

This is a huge help for those of us who do not know where to start when it comes to improving our credit score. I want to purchase a home on the distant horizon, so I was thinking I should start doing stuff now to boost my score.

Anyone know what the dif. is between experian, trans, and equifax credit scores and a FICO score?
