- Search Twitter (search.twitter.com) for people twittering about things that interest you like personal finance, investing, credit, the economy, etc, start following them, and build relationships.
- Share your best information, but also promote others.
- Reach out to your followers and start a conversation.

I have to get on twitter more myself, best tips so far seem to be become active in conversions and to be concise and to the point there are so many twitter who just broadcast or ramble on and on.
