Never heard about PadMapper until now, but it sounds great. I’m a Realtor myself, and Craigslist is one of my favorite advertising avenues on the internet. It’s awesome seeing the combination of Craigslist apartment listings and Google maps.

My only question is – how accurate would these listings be? Sometimes I have clients who search online for a rental, find something they like, and when we contact the landlord, the place is already off the market or on deposit.

Other than that, I love see neat tools like this on the internet!

Just wanted to add that you can set up email alerts for new listings that match what you’re looking for in the area you’re looking at by hitting the “Subscribe to this View/Filter Search” button, and that HousingMaps.com was actually the first map mashup out there (and was the inspiration for PadMapper).
